Our Core-Business Strategy

Asgard mining is a Nigerian mineral exploration and mining company founded in 2020. The company combines Asian innovation with North American OSHA standard manufacturing processes and advanced ESG practices to excavate and process copper, lithium, and monazite-sand. We are uniquely positioned to capitalize on the largely untapped Nigerian mineral assets, combining first-hand knowledge of local business practices and the national policy and regulatory schemes governing the copper, lithium, and rare earth metals mining sector in Nigeria. We have a skilled team of operators, industry specialists, and experienced geologists and a fleet of specialized machinery that ensure efficient and cost-effective mineral extraction and processing.

For 2024, we plan to pursue exploration activities on the assets we have Exploration Licenses granted by the mining cadastre office of Nigeria. We will focus on assets we have acquired in Nasarawa, Kwara and Oyo and we remain focused on responsible resource mining while leveraging cutting-edge technologies, minimizing environmental impact and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with local communities.
